Our Policy
Chelle's Closet will be happy to work with you to resolve any questions or concerns you have regarding your order. Please email us at customerservice@chellescloset.com as soon as you have those questions or concerns.

If you determine that you would like to Return or Exchange an item there are just a few things to keep in mind:
  • Must begin process within 14 calendar days or less from delivery of your order
  • Tags must still be attached to the garment
  • The item must be unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition it was delivered
Return & Exchange Process
  • Email us to notify us of the return or exchange within 14 days from delivery
  • Package the item and ship it to the return mailing address on the original package. We will provide it if you do not have it.
  • If you are exchanging the item we will ship the replacement upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
  • If you are returning the item your refund will appear back into your Paypal! account. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for shipment of your item, and up to an additional 2 business days to process and inspect the items
  • You will receive an email message from Paypal! and you must accept the refund within 10 days before the refund offer will expire
